The West Milton to Eldean project is a planned 17 mile, 138-kV transmission line that will run from the existing West Milton and Eldean substations near Troy, OH. The project is being planned to ensure reliability in the region and to comply with mandatory NERC standards. The new line will be installed on single wood poles mostly through existing right-of-way. The project is expected to be completed 2018.
