The Ten West Link project involves a new 114-mile, 500-kV transmission line between the Delaney Substation in Tonopah, AZ, and the Colorado River substation in Blythe, CA. The project is being proposed to relieve electrical congestion in the region and ensure reliability. The project has an estimated cost of $279.6m and is expected to be completed by late 2020.
