The South Caldwell to Macksburg project is a planned 8-mile, 138-kV transmission line in Noble County, OH. The project is part of the greater Marietta Area Improvement Project to improve reliability in the region. This project is a $15M investment. Structure construction begins later in 2017, with project completion in late 2018.
