The Riley to Edith Clarke project is a 43-mile double-circuit 345-kV CREZ transmission line between the Riley Substation near Vernon Texas to the Edith Clarke Substation near Crowell Texas. Construction began August 2012 and was energized July 31, 2013. The project cost an estimated $91.8 million.
