Odessa EHV-Riverton and Moss-Riverton 345-kV Transmission Line Project

The Odessa EHV – Riverton and Moss- Riverton Project involves a new 345-kV, double circuit transmission line connecting Oncor Electric Delivery’s Riverton switching station to the Odessa EHV substation and Moss substation. The length of the project ranges from about 110.3 miles to 133.1 miles. The approximate $223.6m project is needed to address load growth in West Texas due to oil and natural gas production in Ector County, Texas. Oncor expects to complete the project by the end of 2020.
