
The Kettle River Transmission Project is a two part transmission line project. The first involves a 2.8 km 240-kV double circuit line from the new Kettle River substation to the existing 9L990 transmission line. The second component is a new 15 km, 144-kV single circuit line from the new Bohn substation to the Kettle River substation. Construction began June 2013 and is expected to be complete by the end of 2014.
