Heartland to Yellowjacket

The Heartland to Yellowjacket project involves a new 138-kV (initailly rated at 69-kV)  transmission line near Brady, TX, to ensure reliability in the region. The line will stretch from AEP’s Heartland substation to ETT’s Yellowjack substation. Both sponsors expect to complete the line by fall 2019 at an estimated cost of $38.5m
