The Haymarket 230kV Line and Substation Project is a planned project that will support the high-tech commercial growth in Haymarket and western Prince William County, VA. The project involves a new 5.1-mile, 230-kV transmission line to connect the existing 115-kV Gainesville-Loudon line (which will be converted to 230-kV) to a new Haymarket substation
