Fort Lancaster to Hamilton Road Rebuild, proposed by Electric Transmission Texas LLC, involved rebuilding a 115-mile 69 kV line as a 138 kV line, converting Illinois #4 to 138 kV add auto, 138 kV thru-path at Comstock and Rough Canyon, and expanding the Hamilton Road Station. The project cost $87.3 million and was completed in February 2012.
