Elkhart Network Improvements Project

The Elkhart Network Improvements Project involves building a two mile, 69-kV transmission line between the Harrison Street and Lusher Avenue substations. In addition, a two mile, 69-kV transmission line between the Harrison Street substation and existing Concord-Wolf transmission line. The project will also include various underground upgrades in downtown Elkhart to ensure reliability. The $34m project is expected to be completed by summer 2019.
