Edith Clarke to Clear Creek Crossing, sponsored by Electric Transmission Texas LLC, is an 84-mile, double-circuit 345-kV transmission line, originating at the Edith Clarke Substation near Crowell, Texas, and terminating at Clear Crossing near Stamford, Texas. Construction began July 2012 and was completed in October 2013. Final estimated costs place the transmission line at nearly $157.7m.
