The Curry-Bailey project involved 37 miles of a new 115-kV transmission line. The line connects to the existing Curry substation near Clovis, NM, to the Bailey substation by Muleshoe, TX. The project required expanding the two substations and relocation of half a mile of existing 230-kV transmission line near the Bailey substation. The project was energized fall 2016.
