Capital Grid Project

The Capital Grid Project involves is a major transmission investment through Washington DC. It involves upgrading the Takoma, Harvard and Champlain substations, building a new Mount Vernon Triangle substation and installing 10 miles of underground transmission cable. According to THUB calculations, the project has an estimated cost of $20m.
