The Burrillville Interconnection Project is a proposed 6.8 mile, 345-kV transmission line that would connect the planned Clean River Energy Center to National Grid’s electrical system. Most of the line will be located withing existing right-of-way with an estimated cost of $47.2m. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
