
Bowman to Jacksboro is a 47-mile, 345-kV transmission line beginning at the Bowman Switching Station located in Archer County and ending at the Jacksboro Switching Station located Jack County, Texas. The project, by Oncor Electric Delivery Co., cost of $39 million and entered service on June 24, 2010. The project will assist in interconnecting renewable energy from the Panhandle CREZ Zones to the North Texas area.
