Big Hill to Kendall line is a 139-mile, 345-kV double circuit transmission line that originates at McCamey D Station in Schleicher County and terminates at the Kendall Substation near Comfort, Texas. The transmission line, sponsored by Lower Colorado River Authority, was originally expected to cost $341m but was completed at a cost of $326.8m. Construction began January 2012 and the project went online in September 2013.
