Virginia regulators conditionally approve Dominion’s 230-kV transmission project

The commission said that the project must be built and in service by July 31, 2022, and that no later than 90 days before the approved in-service date, except for good cause shown, the company is granted leave to apply, and to provide the basis, for any extension request
