Virginia regulators conditionally approve Dominion’s 230-kV rebuild project

According to the company, the expected in-service date for the project is Dec. 31, 2024, and that the estimated cost of the project is about $67.5m, which includes an estimated $59m cost for transmission-related work and about $8.5m for substation-related work (2019 dollars)
