The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities recently directed any entities seeking to intervene or participate in the matter involving Atlantic City Electric’s petition for approval of a voluntary program for plug-in vehicle charging to file the appropriate application with the BPU by April 13.
The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities recently ordered that all responses to Jersey Central Power & Light’s exceptions to an initial decision denying the company’s petition regarding its proposed 230-kV Monmouth County Reliability Project be submitted by April 12.
According to the signed act, as posted on the Colorado General Assembly website, the commission is to adopt rules allowing the installation, interconnection, and use of energy storage systems by customers of utilities.

According to the stipulated settlement, legislation in the form of enrolled bill SB 966 was signed into law by the governor on March 9, that establishes a pilot program providing for the underground construction of two electrical transmission lines, one of which applies to the I-66 Hybrid Alternative Route that has been considered in the proceeding.
