Virginia SCC grants APCo’s motion seeking to extend construction completion date of 138-kV project
The Virginia State Corporation Commission said that the Sept. 1 completion date in its September 2015 order is extended until Dec. 31, 2018, provided, however, that Appalachian Power Company is granted leave to apply for extension of that date for good cause shown.
