Southwest Power Pool files affected systems deal for 150-MW Osage Wind project

The Southwest Power Pool on Dec. 20 filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission an executed Affected Systems’ Facilities Construction Agreement (FCA) with Osage Wind LLC and transmission owner Public Service Co. of Oklahoma.

This Third Revised Osage Wind FCA modifies and supersedes the FCA among the parties that the commission accepted in January 2013. SPP requested an effective date of Nov. 29, 2016, for the Third Revised Osage Wind FCA.

The agreement said that Osage Wind has constructed, and now owns and operates a 150-MW facility located in Osage County, Oklahoma, under a duly executed Interconnection Agreement with Associated Electric Cooperative Inc.
