PJM Interconnection on Dec. 13 filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission an executed Interconnection Service Agreement (ISA) with Marina Energy LLC and interconnecting transmission owner Jersey Central Power & Light for a 10-MW solar project in New Jersey.
