PJM terminates wholesale deal for 2-MW Suntuity solar project in New Jersey

PJM Interconnection on Nov. 21 notified the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission of the cancellation of an unexecuted Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (WMPA) with Suntuity Network LLC and interconnecting transmission owner Jersey Central Power & Light for a 2-MW solar project.

“The Suntuity WMPA is being cancelled because Suntuity has decided not to move forward with its interconnection project and will not participate in PJM’s markets,” PJM explained.

The project was under PJM Queue Position #W2-076. It was the West Amwell Mason Supply Solar Farm, to be located at 624 Bruswick Pike, Lambertville, New Jersey. Maximum Facility Output was to be 2 MW.
