Post-Tropical Cyclone Hermine has weakened off the New England Coast. Rough surf and strong rip currents will continue to be the primary hazards for the Northeast Coast, according to the National Weather Service.

Meanwhile, Hurricane Newton in the Pacific will bring a surge of rain and wind into southeastern Arizona and southwestern New Mexico on Wednesday. Flash flooding is possible in these states.
