AGA TAG Solar IV seeks North Carolina approval for 5-MW project

AGA TAG Solar IV LLC applied Sept. 2 at the North Carolina Utilities Commission Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity on a 4.99-MW (ac) project to be located at 2211 Mercantile Drive NE at Leland in Brunswick County.

The projected date for the $10 million facility to come on-line is Dec. 31, 2017. The intended power customer is Duke Energy Progress. The projected annual sales are 11,060,280 kilowatt-hours.
