PJM ends wholesale deal for 8-MW Millstone Solar project in New Jersey

PJM Interconnection on July 28 notified the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission of the cancellation of an executed Wholesale Market Participation Agreement from 2014 with Millstone Solar LLC and interconnecting transmission owner Jersey Central Power & Light.

Said PJM: “The Millstone WMPA is being cancelled because Millstone has decided not to move forward with its project and will not participate in PJM’s markets.”

This project was under PJM Queue Position #W3-158. It was the Millstone Solar Farm, to be located on Trenton Lakewood Road in Upper Freehold, New Jersey, The Maximum Facility Output was 8 MW.
