Invenergy Gunsight Mountain Holdings LLC, which controls a nearly-completed, 120-MW wind project, on July 1 asked the Public Utility Commission of Texas for approval to sell Class B interests in itself to HA INV Gunsight LLC.

Invenergy Gunsight Mountain Holdings, which is part of Invenergy LLC, controls Gunsight Mountain Wind Energy LLC, which is developing the 120-MW project in Howard County, Texas. This project is due for commercial operation in July 2016.

On June 13, the commission approved a related transaction where EFS Renewable Holdings LLC will buy 100% of the passive Class A interests of Invenergy Gunsight Mountain Holdings by July 30.
