Tyler Bluff Wind Project LLC (formerly known as Muenster Wind Farm LLC) on June 6 filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission a notice of self-certification as an exempt wholesale generator based on its ownership and operation of a 125.6-MW (nameplate) wind facility to be located in Cooke County, Texas.

Tyler Bluff is an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of EDF Renewable Energy. EDF-RE develops, builds, operates and manages renewable energy projects throughout North America.
