PJM files revised agreements for 10-MW solar project in New Jersey

PJM Interconnection on April 20 filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission an unexecuted Interconnection Service Agreement (ISA) and an unexecuted Interconnection Construction Service Agreement (CSA) with Public Service Electric and Gas (PSEG) as both the power project development company and the interconnecting transmission owner.

These two agreements replace prior agreements from 2013 with L&D Solar. L&D Solar has assigned all of its rights and delegated all of its duties under those prior agreements to PSEG pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption Agreement, effective April 30, 2015.

The covered project is in PJM Queue Position #Y3-026. It is called the Burlington (L&D Solar) 26 kV facility, located at 2023 Route 38 Mt. Holly, NJ 08060. The Maximum Facility Output is 10 MW.

The revised ISA calls for a Sept. 24, 2015, commercial operation deadline.
