Sempra unit seeks EWG status for Copper Mountain Solar 4 project in Nevada

Copper Mountain Solar 4 LLC on March 29 filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission a notice of self-certification as an exempt wholesale generator.

The company will own and operate a 93.6 MW (nameplate) solar photovoltaic facility and associated interconnection facilities (the CMS4 Facility) in Clark County, Nevada. The output of the CMS4 Facility will be sold exclusively to purchasers for resale.
