SALT LAKE CITY & SAN JOSE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–sPower, a leading renewable energy provider, and Rosendin Electric, Inc. (REI), one of the nation’s largest private electrical contractors, announced today that they have entered into a major engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreement to construct nearly 700 MW in utility-scale solar PV projects in 2016.

At the height of construction, sPower’s projects will provide more than 900 jobs. Construction is scheduled to begin in January, with completion and grid connection projected for April through December 2016.
