PJM terminates wholesale deal for 20-MW Lumberton solar project in New Jersey

PJM Interconnection on Jan. 27 notified the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission of the cancellation of a Wholesale Market Participation Agreement from 2014 with Lumberton Solar W2-090 LLC and interconnecting transmission owner Public Service Electric and Gas.

“The Lumberton WMPA is being cancelled because Lumberton has decided not to move forward with its project and will not participate in PJM’s markets,” said the notice.

The agreement covered the 20-MW Stacy Haines Road solar project, to have been located on Stacy Haines Road at Lumberton in Burlington County, New Jersey. The PJM queue number for this project was W2-090.
