PJM files revised wholesale deal for 20-MW solar facility in New Jersey

PJM Interconnection on Dec. 21 filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission an executed Wholesale Market Participation Agreement with Mill Road Solar Project LLC and transmission owner Jersey Central Power & Light.

“PJM is submitting this WMPA for filing because Mill Road intends to engage in wholesale sales in the PJM markets from a generating facility connected to JCP&L’s distribution facilities,” said the filing.

The Mill Road WMPA supersedes a prior agreement with Fiberville Estates LLC and JCP&L. Fiberville Estates assigned its project to Mill Road.

The agreement covers the 20-MW Milford Solar facility, located at 10 Mill Road Milford, N.J. It is made up of photovoltaic solar arrays connected to inverters.
