Southern California Ed files wholesale deal for 3-MW Camp Rock Solar project

A Wholesale Distribution Service Agreement for a 3-MW solar project, between Southern California Edison and project developer Camp Rock Solar Farm LLC, was filed on Nov. 19 at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

The point of receipt for this project will be a tap on Southern California Edison’s Gobar 33kV distribution line out of the Cottonwood 115/33kV Substation. This is called the Camp Rock PV Project. The service deal says that service will commence on the later of either Oct. 17, 2016, or when certain interconnection facilities are completed.
