PSEG Hope Creek 1 returns to service

The Public Service Enterprise Group (NYSE:PEG) Hope Creek 1 nuclear facility in New Jersey synced to the grid at 5:46 p.m. on Friday Oct. 2.

The 1,100-MW boiling water reactor (BWR) had already reached 70% power as of Saturday morning Oct. 3, according to a company spokesperson.
