Southern California files interconnect deal for 2-MW Dulles Drive solar project

Southern California Edison on May 15 filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission a Generator Interconnection Agreement with Golden Solar LLC for a 1.996 MW (net), 2.0 MW (gross) solar photovoltaic facility named the Dulles Drive Project.

It will be located in Jurupa, California, at a new 4-way gas switch on the McEnroe 12-kV distribution line out of Wimbledon 66/12-kV Substation and transmit energy to the California Independent System Operator-controlled grid. Golden Solar proposes a commercial operation date of Dec. 22, 2015, for the project.
