SolarCity pursues 3.1-MW community project in Connecticut

SolarCity Corp. applied April 2 at the Connecticut Siting Council for approval of a 3.1-MW solar project to be located on Brush Hill Road in Bozrah, Conn.

This solar array would consist of 10,206 Hanwha solar panels and up to four utility-scale inverters. This will be a Community Shared Solar facility, and is being developed in conjunction with the Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative. The project will give customers of Bozrah Light and Power access to renewable energy at market rate pricing.
