PJM files revised interconnect deal for 54-MW Illinois wind project

PJM Interconnection filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on March 23 an executed Interconnection Service Agreement with Crescent Ridge LLC and transmission owner Commonwealth Edison.

The Crescent Ridge ISA supersedes an April 2014 ISA among PJM, Crescent Ridge, and ComEd that was designated as Original Service Agreement No. 3831, and therefore is designated as First Revised Service Agreement No. 3831.

The Crescent Ridge ISA facilitates the interconnection to the PJM transmission system of a 54.45-MW wind facility located in Bureau County, Illinois. The Crescent Ridge ISA indicates that Crescent Ridge gets an increase of 9.7 MW to the existing 0 MW of Capacity Interconnection Rights, resulting in a total of 9.7 MW.

The Crescent Ridge Wind Farm project is located in Indiantown and Milo townships, and is made up of thirty-three 1.65-MW Vestas V82 wind turbines.

Project contact information is: Andrew Flanagan, Vice President, Crescent Ridge LLC, 6688 North Central Expressway, Suite 500, Dallas, TX 75206.
