Snow and ice expected for parts of the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast

A winter storm will continue its way across the central and eastern U.S. on Monday, according to National Weather Service (NWS).

A swath of freezing rain will stretch from near St. Louis to New England, with most areas receiving less than 0.10 inches. A stripe of light to locally moderate snow should impact locations from the Lower Great Lakes into the interior Northeast. Poor driving conditions should be expected through much of the day.
