PJM axes wholesale deal for 2-MW solar project in New Jersey

PJM Interconnection filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Jan. 27 a notice of cancellation of a 2012 Wholesale Market Participant Agreement with LB Solar LLC and transmission owner Public Service Electric and Gas.

“The LB Solar WMPA is being cancelled because milestones in the LB Solar WMPA were breached and were not cured, resulting in the default of the LB Solar WMPA,” said the PJM filing. The project was under PJM Queue #X3-007.

This was the 2-MW LB Solar project, located at 2078 Old York Road, Burlington, Burlington County, New Jersey. It had been due for commercial operation in 2012.

A project contact is: LB Solar LLC c/o Mark Dimon, 200 Delaware Avenue, Roebling, NJ 08554.
