American Electric Power Service Corp., on behalf of its affiliate AEP Texas North, filed on Jan. 7 at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission a fully executed standard generation interconnection agreement with RE Roserock LLC.
The agreement provides for the electrical interconnection of a planned 157.7-MW solar photovoltaic facility. The facility’s Clovis Substation is to be located in Pecos County approximately 25 miles west of Fort Stockton, Texas. Once the permanent facilities are completed and energized, the permanent Point of Interconnection will be located approximately 4.5 miles from AEP Texas North’s Barrilla Junction 138-kV Station. The solar facility is planned to go into commercial operation by Dec. 31, 2015.
RE Roserock is an affiliate of Recurrent Energy Development Holdings LLC and Recurrent Energy LLC out of San Francisco.
