Texas Power Reserve registers project in Tyler, Texas

The Texas Power Reserve LLC unit of Walters Power International LLC on Dec. 23 filed a registration with the Texas Public Utility Commission as a power producer related to a project in Tyler, Texas.

Said the filing about its plan: “Install, own and operate 9.93 MW industrial based diesel/natural gas fired power generation to provide electricity services to industrial clients in the Energy Reliability Council of Texas region (‘ERCOT’) to incease the reliability of power supply and to generate savings in electrical cost to the industrail client.” The project would also provide elecricity to the real-time market.
