
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Dec. 17 accepted an Oct. 20 filing by PJM Interconnection of an executed interconnection service agreement with Eastern Shore Solar LLC and transmission owner Delmarva Power and Light for 80 MW worth of solar projects in Accomack County, Virginia.
The Eastern Shore ISA facilitates the interconnection to the PJM system of 80 MW at four generating units (consisting of 20 MW for the Oak Hall Project A, 20 MW for Oak Hall Project B, 20 MW for Oak Hall Project C and 20 MW for Oak Hall Project D).
Under the ISA:
- On or before June 30, 2016, the developer must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units at Oak Hall A.
- On or before Dec. 31, 2016, it must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units at Oak Hall B.
- On or before Dec. 31, 2017, Eastern Shore Solar must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units at Oak Hall C.
- On or before Dec. 31, 2017, it must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units at Oak Hall D.
