PJM files revised wholesale deal for 20-MW solar project

PJM Interconnection on July 23 filed a revised Wholesale Market Participation Agreement entered into among PJM, Fiberville Estates LLC and transmission owner Jersey Central Power & Light.

PJM is submitting this WMPA for filing because Fiberville intends to engage in wholesale sales in the PJM markets from a 20-MW solar generating facility connected to JCPL’s distribution facilities. The 2011 version of the WMPA is being revised to reflect various changes.

This agreement covers the Milford Solar photovoltaic project, located at 10 Mill Road, Milford, N.J. Under the agreement, on or before June 30, 2014, the developer must demonstrate commercial sale or use of energy.

The contact address is: Ronald Gale, President, Fiberville Estates LLC, 17A Marlen Drive, Hamilton, NJ 08691.
