The project will consist of 54 wind turbines, an underground collector system and a substation.

The hearing will be Nov. 4 in Drumheller. The commission will also be holding an information session on Aug. 19 in Drumheller about how to become involved in this proceeding. The project and its merits will not be discussed at this meeting.
