PJM files interconnect deal for 10-MW New Jersey solar project

PJM Interconnection filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Jan. 14 an executed interconnection service agreement (ISA) among PJM, L&D Solar LLC and Public Service Electric and Gas for a 10-MW solar project.

PJM requested an effective date of Dec. 12, 2013 for the L&D Solar ISA. The ISA facilitates the interconnection to the PJM transmission system of a 10-MW generating facility located in Mount Holly, N.J. This is called the Burlington facility and will be located at
 2023 Route 38,
 Mt. Holly, N.J.

Under the ISA, on or before Sept. 24, 2015, L&D Solar must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units. On or before April 17, 2015, the company must demonstrate completion of at least 20% of project site construction.
