Southern California Edison does interconnects with three solar projects

Southern California Edison on Dec. 18 filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission interconnection agreements it has worked out with the developers of three solar power plants.

  • There is a Dec. 5 Small Generator Interconnection Agreement (SGIA) with Garnet Solar Power Generation Station 1 LLC for the 4-MW (net) photovoltaic Garnet Solar Power Generation Station 1 facility located at 5400 N. Indian Canyon, Palm Springs, in Riverside County, Calif. The targeted commercial operation date for this project is July 15, 2014.   • There is a Dec. 5 SGIA with Lancaster Little Rock A LLC for the 2-MW solar photovoltaic Lancaster Little Rock A facility in Lancaster, Calif. The targeted commercial operation date is Nov. 30, 2015. The developer contact is Adam Foltz, phone 415-692-7578,
