PJM Interconnection on Sept. 17 filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission an updated, executed interconnection service agreement (ISA) for a 14-MW solar project in Maryland.
The ISA was entered into among PJM, Constellation Solar Horizons LLC and local transmission owner Potomac Edison. PJM said it is submitting the Constellation Solar ISA for filing to correct the company’s name from Solar Horizons LLC to Constellation Solar Horizons LLC. In all other respects, the Constellation Solar ISA is the same as it was when first submitted to the commission in 2011.
Under the ISA, on or before April 30, 2012, Constellation must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units. This is called the Mount St. Mary’s PV Park, located at Mount St. Mary’s College, 16300 Old Emmitsburg Road, Emmitsburg, Md.
The Constellation website shows that this project went operational in 2012 and that it has two components; one that supplies the host college and the other that is connected to the grid.
The contact for the developer is: Constellation Solar Horizons LLC, Attn: Senior Counsel, Constellation Energy, 100 Constellation Way, Suite 500C, Baltimore, MD 21202.
